We refuse to believe the stereotype that Irish pub food is “basic” and “uninspired.” In fact, here in Stamford’s best pub restaurant, our scratch kitchen consistently blows expectations out of the water. Our menu goes well beyond “simple pub grub” and blends Irish pub favorites and internationally flavored dishes inspired by Dublin’s best pubs.
We know that sourcing is important to great food. All of our cod is wild caught in the well-managed waters of the North Atlantic by just two boats that fish almost exclusively for us.
Produced by third-generation Vermont butchers, our corned beef, rashers, sausages and breakfast puddings are made to our custom Irish recipe. They are, in our opinion, the best you’ll find outside of Ireland.
