The carousel has been custom built specifically for Mill River Park and features 30 unique hand-carved wood figures with 12-sections, including two handicapped accessible. Each of the animals represented on the carousel are native species found in the Stamford area and includes a mix of horses, birds, fish, and insects.
The carousel and pavilion are available for birthday parties and other functions and also hosts Carousel Storytime. Rides are $2 each.
