For almost 40 years, St. Leo Fair has been an annual end-of-summer carnival put on by the St. Leo Catholic Parish in the Newfield area of Stamford. There are rides for people of all ages, including a Ferris wheel, bumper cars, a carousel, a drop tower, and a pendulum ride. There are also fun carnival games, live entertainment, nightly bingo, and a raffle with first prize being $35,000 dollars!
Food includes delicious pizza fritta, burgers and fries, Italian sausage, various pastas, Greek food, a clam booth, and many homemade soups. Beer, wine, and sangria are also served for those who are 21 and older with an ID.
